Parts are in good Used Condition with No Damage except Normal Wear, unless stated otherwise. If an item is listed as OEM, it is original manufacturer equipment, to the best of our knowledge. If an item is listed as aftermarket, please know that aftermarket items are not original. Aftermarket items should not be expected to have perfect fitment, as OEM items will likely not exactly match the paint of OEM items. All of our items come from used motorcycles. Though most of the motorcycles are not damaged, it should be expected that all parts will wear and tear from everyday use.

If you are expecting a new part, please refrain from purchasing our items and purchase brand-new items from the dealership.

Shipping

For international buyers: All import charges, duties, taxes, and fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not covered under the shipping or purchase price of this sale. We cannot adjust or amend any values to influence your country's customs fees.

We ship nearly all orders within 24 hours and add tracking numbers as soon as we ship. If you have not received your order by the estimated delivery date, please contact us as soon as possible.

There is a delivery surcharge to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska. Please message us for rates.

Payment

We accept all forms of major payment.

Returns

If an incorrect or defective item is received, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve the issue. International buyers are responsible for all costs associated with the return. Buyer's who are returning a item in different condition then it was originally shipped in will be subject to a 20% fee for damages. RyderZone cannot cover any cost of labor, meaning the buyer is responsible for paying for any labor cost associated with installing/ dealing with the part including inspection cost.
